Meals are ready-to-heat. Trays are oven & microwave safe and can also be frozen. Oven Heating Instructions: Remove sauce cup (if present), keep film on tray while heating to prevent drying out. Heat for 14-18 minutes in 350* oven, remove from oven, let sit for 1 minute, stir contents, adjust salt to personal preference & enjoy!
