the pizza was absolutely delicious and fresh isn't the word for it... more like INCREDIBLE!!!! PERFECT!!! 10 OUT OF 10! Wonderful sauce with the right amount of melty goodness and hot enough to burn my mouth! I'm ordering 2 more right now!

Crust is too doughy; too much sauce and sauce is not cooked out enough, sausage is cut unevenly- some were cut in large chunks, and some pizza slices did not have enough sausage. I would not order this pizza again.

Yummy, hot & fresh!! I ordered a small size MeatZZa and it's amazing. Perfect for a single person. I would definitely order again.

Cheese on pizza was burnt. Pepperonis were dry, burnt and crunchy. Oil soaked through to bottom of pizza. Horrible pizza. Talked to Anna Ramirez from Albemarle Road store about it. She was weirdly argumentative even when I asked how else can they accommodate me since we could not eat the pizza. She said I need to buy another one which is unusual to say to a customer complaining about an overcooked pizza. Horrible pizza and even worse customer service.
