The order was delivered late but the deliver was very nice and I got a soft drink for the delay, so all good. The pizza was great too.

Was very hungry after finishing work late so I chose to have a pizza fix. Ordered Dominos at 10:58pm Friday night. The order was delivered at 12:18am Saturday morning. 1 hour and 20 minutes after I ordered. I was expecting about 30 minutes. The BBQ Meatlovers pizza was not very nice at all. I had to ring the store twice as to find out the status of my order, and to be told that it wasn't even in the system, and had to place in back into the system and do the whole order over again. The Manager or a staff member at the Dominos store at Spring Hill (Brisbane QLD), could have easily picked up the phone and say, "there was an issue and we've had to do the order again, we'll get the order to you as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience." NO COMMUNICATION. NO CARE. I have had my last Domino's pizza, and it wasn't even a good pizza. Do yourself a favour, and order a pizza from somewhere else, preferably a small business that actually cares about their customers and delivers a better pizza. My mission now is to find one that delivers on both.

most of the items are overcooked, borderline burnt. took so long, wouldnt let me cancel it.
