This is my first time ordering from this food truck. TheBBQ Baby Back Ribs are excellent and great value. The Chicken Wings (6 Pieces) are good, but not what I expected. The required choices make the ordering process confusing. First you pick BBQ or plain, then baked or seasoned, then you choose the sauce. I received just plain wings with 3 sauce containers. I wasn't sure if this was dipping sauce for fries or sauce for wings. I expected seasoned wings in House sauce. I will order again.

We're from Texas just here for vacation. We wanted to try something we couldn't get back home and we love BBQ, not to mention my husband could have made this better and I do 90% of cooking from scratch. However this was the worse I've had especially coming from a state that loves BBQ. The meat was burnt, dry-ish, not as flavorful as one would expect from a BBQ place, the Alfredo pasta with BBQ BABY BACK RIBS was definitely a tough chew not to mention the portion was small and his Alfredo pasta with BBQ chicken was dry, burnt but a decent amount of food. The Taco’s were so plain and dry. My husband and I are food connoisseurs and this was not it. We love trying new things especially when we travel but we could've left this one out.

BBQ pork chop was dry lacked flavor but I went right when they opened. The chop pasta is amazing sadly quality is hit or miss

the chicken and BBQ Mix (Chicken and Pork) the chicken was way too dry and the flavor was a bit off. not sure what it was but it. was taking over the actual bbq flavor I wanted. not really smokey but maybe to. hickory. like I said I couldn't narrow it down but was not pleased. corn needed butter and salt. fries were okay.
