Wow, I'm so thrilled with this place! Chili The Tofu Lamen豆腐香辣拌面 is incredible. I love the wide noodles and the sauce used. The Crispy Vegan Wonton 菜云吞焦脆(素) are also so delightful. My food arrived hot and was better than I hoped for!! Perfection!!

the bbq pork fried rice is some of the best I had in the Kirkland area. BBQ Pork Fried Rice 叉烧炒饭5*
the Green Onion Pancake 葱油饼is very good, not over fried.
The Pork Shrimp Wonton Soup 猪虾仁混沌汤 is flavorful, definitely enough for dinner. perfect for helping make the sickies feel better.

This place used to be a lot better. Today, the Pork Shrimp Wonton with Spicy Sauce猪虾仁红油抄手 were undercooked, the Garlic String Beans蒜蓉四季豆were flavorless and oily, the Kale in Sesame Dressing 羽衣甘蓝沙拉 didn't taste like sesame, and the Salt & Pepper Fish 椒盐鱼片was too salty. Really disappointed.

It was our first time ordering from the new location of DtN and it's just as good as the original! Buns, dumplings, wontons, lamen, scallion pancakes were all delicious. They were out of pork buns and were nice enough to sub them out with a refund. Turns out their shiitake buns are delicious, too. :)

okay yup, adding this place to my favorite local spots. Pork buns were meatloafy in the best way, Veggie lamen was a new flavor I found refreshing and deep, green beans were spot on.
