The assortment I go was weak. Got 8 of one kind of munchkin out of a order of 10. Where's the variety?

The XL Original Blend is basically mostly water. When I purchase an Original Blend (small) it tastes really good and like pure coffee! But the Xtra Large size tasted like water even though I asked for an espresso shot. You'd be better off buying two small  than paying so much for a watered down XL coffee.

Too many times already... they keep forcing 3 cups into a packaging that is only supposed to hold 2 cups. This causes one of them to lose the lid, spilling, and once the liquid touches the exterior of the other cups it compromises its integrity and they all start to leak at the bottom.

This particular Dunkin always messes up today was no different the order contained two iced drinks and various bakery items but just one hot sandwich they wedged the hot sandwich between the two iced drinks WTH

The hot chocolate with caramel was just coffee with sugar, the mango drink had lemonade in it instead of sparkling sparkling water like I ordered
