Iced Macchiato was not made how it was instructedBagel with Cream Cheese Spread wasnt toasted bagel was hardRaspberry Striped Croissant it was hard

it was half empty and was extremely bitter they didn't care or try to make the cappuccino

I ordered a med ice Original Blend Iced Coffee with caramel swirl asked if they could put extra sugar packs on the side instead my Original Blend Iced Coffee tasted like sugar with a hint of coffee in it.

My coffee was black when it was supposed to be skim & my wake up wraps didn't contain hash browns. It also took far over the time that it was expected to take.
