I have ordered from this store multiple times- drive through, in store and door dash. Every single time I do, something isn't at least satisfactory. Careless packaging to where I open my order and the contents are falling everywhere, my large drink is barely filled past half way, it's flavorless, or still unmixed (I drink matcha), food is burned, etc. I understand it's a fast paced environment that can be overwhelming and stressful, but these are items I'm paying for, I would like to have my items at the bare minimum of satisfying.

the Cereal N’ Milk Iced Latte is my new favorite coffee it is so yummy 😋😋😋 I always get the large. I will order this every day. Classic Donuts are always fresh and tasty

Bacon was extremely over seasoned and unbearable to eat . Tea wasnt even flavred as asked Didt get Hashbowns Bacon in egg wrap was dry and not very well cooked. Half this order was messed up and not worth the cost that was paid. Honestly is a hit or miss.

The Sourdough sandwich was made wrong; they didn't follow instructions for sausage instead of bacon, and 1 slice of bread was toasted so hard it was inedible, while the other slice did npt seem toasted at all.
