This is a split review. The chocolate frosted donuts were great and fresh, however the other 8 donuts (since they wouldn't help me out) were different. I asked for 12 chocolate frosted with sprinkles...they only had 4...since Doordash has limited options there (like regular chocolate frosted without sprinkles isn't even listed, despite the stores having tons of them everyday). The other 8 donuts were Vanilla and Strawberry. I asked the dasher to ask the store if they would sub in 8 of the regular chocolate frosted (these donuts were for my mom's birthday)...and the store refused to do the sub for me even though I just paid $22 for donuts. They told the dasher "we have too many customers to do that." So while the 4 Chocolate donuts were awesome, the rest of the service and their unwillingness to work with a paying customer (because of other paying customers who I'm sure didn't pay $22) was very lacking and poor.

Strawberry Dragonfruit Dunkin' Refresher was good. Hashbrowns were cold. First pack of hashbrowns had 7-8 hashbrowns, second pack had like 3. They also didn't give me the maple bacon nibblers that I ordered. Pretty disappointed.

First time ordering. Two coffees which were not made to order, were delivered. My order was $60. Nothing else was delivered. Contacted dasher. Finally after two hours the rest of our order was delivered. Croissant sandwiches were on the dry side. Has browns soggy not crispy. Donut holes were not very fresh. Lattes were nothing but milk and coffee. Vanilla, caramel, and sugar weren't added. Very disappointed. I will give them one more try in the future.

Drink was good but I pay for less ice in my drink because I want my drink then they don't fill my drink completely like they do when they add ice. That is not fair. Straw was missing as well. I order this 3/4 times a week.
