I love Dunkin'! I love lattes (hot or cold). My favorite is easily the peppermint mocha or pumpkin spice. 100% recommend!

Dozen Donuts were good, crispy Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon and fresh Hash Browns. Made my Hot Chocolate exactly how I asked.

I understand that some of the donuts I originally ordered were unavailable. However, I was disappointed that substitutions were made without first contacting me. Instead of receiving a courtesy call to approve the replacements, a note was simply written on the receipt.

Had I been contacted, I may have chosen different options or adjusted my order. I would appreciate a quick call or message in the future before substitutions are made.

 Dasher was awesome and called for a correction when selected items were out. Dunkin was easy on n making the changes. The food and drinks were great.

The items weren't awful but they definitely weren't fresh. We ordered 4 drinks, 3 donuts, a bagel, and 2 hashbrowns. Most of our bakery items were soggy when we got them. You could tell the drinks sat out too but it is what it is.
