Was hoping it came in that little box that has the cup holder and space for food, nonetheless it is perfect everytime ! Maybe they ran out of them but the portion was good and it was as fresh as always !

I asked for a cinnamon raisin bagel for my Sausage Egg and Cheese but received a plain burned bagel. My Hash Browns were cooked in old grease and burned. My Dunkin' Midnight had nothing I requested. It tasted like old chocolate water.

Wrong cheese on egg sandwich 
Strawberry donuts with sprinkles had a different frosting and other toppings and barely any sprinkles.      One of the hot chocolates taste like coffee and some kind of chocolate syrup was added to it, chocolate syrup was at the bottom of the cup. Very disappointed

Consistently messes up every order every time I order, never has anything in stock always has to make substitutions. Horrible staff cannot read simple orders! Great business model. I don't see how you can't put donuts in a bag when that's the whole principle of the company. Really sad.
