I ordered 2 days ago and the order was wrong.  But I wasn't sure if I made a mistake, so I drank it, or tried to.   It was so bitter I couldn't drink it.  I tried again yesterday.  This order was correct, but same bitter taste and aftertaste.   You get what you pay for, so maybe it's my fault for getting buy 1 get 1 free.  Disappointed because I really love the Iced Latte .

Ordered blueberry muffins but got chocolate chip ! Don't really like to eat chocolate so early in the morning and they were very chocolatey. Maybe next time they'll get it right!

This location is not representative of Dunkin!  Owner is not engaged, poorly run, runs out of products in morning most days, staff needs full training how to manage order que, both online and in store.  We visit several times a week out of convenience and often wrong or delayed due to staff shortages, owner leaves 1 person running a store with a dozen people in line.  Expect to wait upwards of 30 minutes at times.  Recommend ordrt on DoorDash or go to Creskill location, flawless!
