I'm not even trying to be rude, but I worked at Duncan for five years. I know that this coffee is not made right at all. One I know that you guys made the latte in the cup, which you're not supposed to do you're supposed to make the latte in the pitcher. Second, you guys gave me French vanilla shot not French vanilla swirl like I asked. If you drink coffee and you've worked in Dunkin, you know the difference between another shot and vanilla swirl. It has a bitter taste to it. My coffee taste bitter because you put French vanilla shot instead of the swirl. I want my coffee to be sweet, not bitter.

i pay for a large coffee, and this is just half of the cup also is not How i order, the sandwichis not what i order. this is almost $7 my friends.  Is the 1st time given me the order wrong 🤔 Im on my way to the store to change this

Macchiato tasted awful. Usually they do a great job but whoever made it today, definitely was not trying their best. As for the Wake-Up Wrap® - Sweet Black Pepper Bacon bacon had way to much condiment.

the sandwich wasn't even toasted it was soggy the bacon wasn't even carmelized everytime i order from here it ain't nothing but a mess then people in there can't do their jobs might as well go out of business cuz can't nobody in there do anything right
