Great store and great staff. Ingredient quality has greatly improved over time. Bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin is better then MD's

The Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread could have been toasted more. They have light toasted, toasted and dark toasted. I've chosen "toasted" twice amd have gotten a lightly toasted (today) and dark toasted (last time). Terrible consistancy...
The Bacon Egg and Cheese crossant was excellent and the Hash Browns were done proper this time!

Didn't receive my Dozen Donuts. Didn't receive the 2 orange juices I ordered. Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon were not cooked all the way. I get a large tea with an extra tea bag (so should have 3 tea bags), it came with ONE tea bag.

they burnt it and spread it out in the cream cheese so it's burned taste and it's hard as hell. wouldn't order again.

The only thing that was fine here surprisingly was my coffee, the came a mess and was together and boston cream frosting was ever except the doughnut.
