They forgot my stuffed mini bagels hut everything else was good and donut was fresh. My matcha latte was made perfectly

Hash Browns were hard as a rock
Wake-Up Wrap® - Sausage Egg and Cheese was also gross & hard as a rock, looked like the meat was 10 years old

This store is trash.   Ordered plain bagel with cc on side.  Got a partial everything with cream cheese on it.   Hash browns are stale and hard as a rock. Unedible.   And the coffee has zero sugar in it.    Not the first time I've had quality issues with this location (at least 3 of the last 5 times I've ordered).    But will be my last time ordering.    Oh also, ordered a muffin and selected "not warmed up".  Received it piping hot.    So all 4 parts of my order were wrong.   Good job guys, you sck.
