No communication.  I ordered 2 large refreshers and they were removed from the order without explanation.  Maybe, I would have ordered a different drink or refresher, if they mentioned it.  Poor communication!

Butter Croissant was supposed to be untoasted. It was not. In fact, it was burnt and inedible. Can you give me a refund?

Lately the Original Blend Iced Coffee and the Bagel with Cream Cheese Spread are really bad, the coffees arent even being made right and the bagels are always burnt as of late

Not sure what happened with my bagel but the top was right- it was cinnamon raison but the bottom seemed to be wheat? Or whole grain? It only bugged me because of the seeds in it.
