They have a nearly spotless track record with their ice tea being fresh. Compared to everywhere else I've tried, they are really on top of this.

ordered two Iced Matcha Latte with French vanilla syrup. I received what appears and tastes like two iced lattes with no French vanilla syrup and no match in it. I normally order at Dunkin by my work but ordered at this one by my house today and it is gross. Most likely won't order here again. second time at this location and both times order wrong.

I ordered an Original Blend Iced Coffee with cream, sugar, and butter pecan flavor. This coffee tastes terrible, there is absolutely no flavor and it tastes like bad black coffee with a little bit of cream. I am SO disappointed..

Coffee is a little bland this time. Usually they make amazing coffee. Donuts are yummy!

My drink arrived leaking because there is a hole in the cup itself. This appears to be a cup defect from Dunkin'. I've attached a photo for reference.
