the delivery time is always great and everything arrives as I ordered it. The donuts never disappoint and the drinks are delicious

The bagels were so hard and hard to chew. The coffee tasted like it was watered down and I get it from the ice cubes but I did request less ice. I usually love Dunkin and was very excited but honestly it was a waste of money. As of the munchkins they were fine but the whole thing really wasn't good.

The packaging for this to arrive knowing it was sealed in a sturdy cardboard holder inside a sealed bag is exceptional quality and proper protection of someone's food. Very impressed and will definitely order again!

Why put the sticker over the hole where the straw goes? It melted to the top and I couldn't use the lid without having to stab the straw through the straw, then had sticker adhesive and paper all over it.
Not a good idea to seal the straw hole on the lids

Gave me a glazed instead of glazed blueberry and put the frosted donut in the bottom of the bag upside down so all the frosting came off. Latte was good though
