This is my favorite dunkin to order from when  I don't feel like making coffee and breakfast on my own. My coffee is ALWAYS right and actually tastes good and the food is pretty standard.

The staff contacted me to tell me that they were out of Everything Bagels and asked me if I wanted a plain bagel or a croissant.  They also told me that they were out of blueberry muffins and ASKED I wanted a coffee cake muffin.  They really tried to make sure my order met my needs

Yet again they gave me coffee with cream and suga when I ordered black coffee. This is happening all the time. I'm going to shop elsewhere.
