I was told they were out of the pumpkin spice donuts but they were able to make some fresh ones in time and oh my goodness, they did NOT disappoint! They were delicious and fresh along with the other Dozen Donuts. I was craving donuts and Dunkin' delivered! Everything was packaged neatly as well. My Iced Protein Latte was in a sealed bag too and not too sweet. I will definitely order again!

It was fresh when it came to my door. I had a great portion of food and croissant. I enjoyed my Original Blend Iced Coffee as well it was freshly made and creamy . It had the right amount of of ice will order tomorrow morning. Thank u dunkin.

I haven't ever had burnt Hash Browns from any DD, and I've been to them all over the country (including the original on Boston). They must have been incredibly busy to leave them down so long after the beeper. I see why they rushed out the burnt ones, but I got my order in 15 minutes. I'd have rather had a new, unburnt batch. I wish we had been able to pick the types of MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats we received. Turns out no one in the group likes rhe cakey ones with powdered sugar:( This was my first Iced Chai Latte from Dunkin. I am amazingly happily surprised that while it's sweeter than when I make it, it isn't as sweet as most other places make it. Iced Chai Latte with oat milk will be on my general rotation from now on!

cappuccino machine was down, again, and I got a watered down iced coffee as a replacement. but the Ham & Swiss Croissant Stuffer is delicious and 2 makes a yummy mid day snack!!

everything packaged beautifully. quality is there. my only disappointment is it's 4 days to Christmas and the selections on app do not include holiday donuts. I put in 5 "surprise me" in hopes , wink wink, you would have a clue to make our order extra special and put in some holiday ones. instead a got like a plain cake one, a few chocolate, a berry, cruller, etc. Maybe they were out or didn't care. But all is well.
