I ordered a matcha and honestly it tasted like a cup of milk with ice. There was barely any matcha flavor at all. I used to be a loyal customer of this location, but unfortunately the quality has gone down. The Innes location does a much better job making their drinks. I hope they can improve the consistency because this was very disappointing.

Ordered a large Macchiato. Got a medium macchiato in a large cup. it was only filed 2/3 full. I also paid for an extra espresso shot, sure doesn't taste like I got that either. I'm willing to bet they didn't add the Carmel or use almond milk as requested. 

Laziness at finest. This Dunkin is never consistent. Maybe it's time to make better hiring choices. I will not order from this location again.

All the donuts  wasn't fresh and tasted awful. Especially, the chocolate donuts. They had some kind of bitter unusual taste. I threw them in the trash. The cake plain donuts taste like corn bread muffins with no favor. My first and last order from Dunkin Donuts.
