Issues are not with the items themselves.
But it seems today we just carelessly threw things in bags without checking the receipt first. I understand if things are out, but I specifically put to contact me if that came about and I was not contacted once. Our Iced Matcha Latte came a quarter empty. The Sausage Egg and Cheese came with no egg or cheese 😬 and the bagel was absolutely burnt. I also ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream and got a plain Bagel with regular Cream Cheese, burnt as well. Moving forward, I suggest that you wait until dashers to arrive if you are out of something and have them contact us.
