love love love your coffee!!! always perfect amount of cream and sugar!!! and I never have to worry about the sugar being on the bottom.

My sesame bagel was not toasted and had the smallest amount of cream cheese half smeared around.

I ordered three coffee rolls and they look nothing like the picture! They are overcooked. Just put more attention to how long youre baking them - they should be golden brown - not this. 3rd time Im ordering and they are always like this!

Sent wrong item. The employee(s) needs to be careful because sending the wrong item could cause someone to have an allergic reaction. Also, the donuts were dry.
