the sandwixh was horrible. none of the cheese was melted and i was only given 2 ketchup packets. it was bland and the bacon wasn't done. i had to put the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich in the microwave twice. The Original Blend Iced Coffee was so bitter and im confused because i put a sweetened flavor in it but it didn't taste sweet at all. There were no extra sugar packets in the bag to adjust the flavor either.

I was mising my stuffed biscuits, my coffee was watered down, and my hash browns were burnt. This store is usually great!

Half of my frozen matcha tea spilled out on the bottom of the bag. Munchkins were old, dry & stale

Wrong order. The donuts are always go but I wanted 2 glazed and got one glazed and one chocolate glazed, the latter of which was thrown away.
