The food was good, but dunkin shorted me a wake up wrap...ordered two, only got one. Also a separate bag for the boston creme would have been great- the chocolate was all over the plain glazed donuts that I order for my co-worker. So now you guys owe me a half- dozen donuts that I never got from a few months ago, and a wake up wrap. 🙄

Everytime we order it comes with something missing usually the items we placed the order for in the first place. If you are out of stock you contact the customer for a replacement option. As a fellow restaurant owner that also used these third party services this is easily preventable with a little common sense and not much effort.  Get your staff trained properly.

Got all of my items, today! Ordered two days ago- my donuts were missing. No way of reaching anyone it goes right to  voicemail. The wake up wraps and the coffee are always good.

I ordered a Boston Kreme donut, not a chocolate glazed. I asked for a plain bagel for my sandwich, not an everything bagel. At least the iced coffee was decent enough to have as the only thing for breakfast AFTER I added my own creamer and sugar. Just wasted $20 and the only well spent money was the driver's tip which is So disappointing because I loved Dunkin...
