Frozen coffee is made with more milk.the dunkinup the street makes it light. Its not suppose to be this dark!  Now it fefeatsdoordSh and should just

My bagel was not toasted, and I specifically asked for it to be, the hashbrowns looked and tasted like they were cooked yesterday and had to be thrown away.

I am totally infuriated over my recent order. This is not the first time I have had problems with this Dunkin Donuts. This time was the worse. I was missing items. Other items were of poor quality. No cheese, burnt bacon. English muffin falling apart. It was a large order. I spent over $55.00. Why do you not make the establishment responsible. This is so very upsetting because continues to happen. I know I shouldn't order from them ever again but I keep hoping for improvement. You drivers are wonderful. Always courteous, on time and follow instructions. I have never had one problem with a driver

Lately, the Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon has been very disappointing! Most of the time now, it is burnt beyond recognition, and there is either no seasoning or very little! :(
