This Dunkin' has never been great. But lately they've been extra bad. Half the time they don't even include a straw in the bag with your drink. Asking them to toast a muffin or a croissant is a waste of time because they never bother to do it. And pretty frequently your baked goods will show up old and hard. Disappointing.

I don't like that you can't add cold foam on this app and the fact that it didn't even come full. Clearly there was room for more matcha or cold foam.
