Everything was good. Definitely better than the first time I had ordered from Dunkin. Everything was warm and fresh and the prices are better than most breakfast places. The breakfast wraps were soft and fresh. It's different everytime I order but it's definitely improved

My drink was very watered down and had no flavor taste like pure coffee grounds and my bagel is hard and burnt

everytime i order Loaded Hash Browns they give you a pea size amout of cheese ! so basically im just paying for hasbrowns

Every time I order it keeps getting worse. I ordered multiple of the Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon every time and they all come different and burnt and have they don't all have the sweet stuff on them That makes them the snackin bacon. Also, no one wants to eat burnt bacon. they keep over cooking all of the wraps to where All of the cheese is hard and fried in the meat is chewy and the wraps are hard as a rock so my children also can't eat those. The only thing consistent about them. Is that every single time it gets worse. It's really disappointing when it's my kids favorite place so I keep trying to give them a chance and it just turns out horrible. I get my order and usually question just about every single thing in it. Will no longer be ordering or going in because it's the same experience either way

All the wraps were way overcooked and hard you couldnt even bite them. Everything else was under cooked and soggy..
