I enjoy Dunkin truly, unfortunately my Frozen Coffee does not get made the same as it does in person. I go to the store the color is darker and I can taste the flavors; I doordash it and it comes almost white and taste like milk. Luckily I weirdly drink milk so I will enjoy it; but I would still like for my Frozen Coffee to be portioned better with its ingredients. My Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich tastes amazing like always, always tastes and smells amazing and fluffy.

Let me start with - I LOVE dunkin. This is my usual order that I never stray from. The bad quality in my food order is only to the fault of the dunkin employees not caring. My iced donut was face down at the bottom of the bag, pulling off half of the icing when it was removed. My sandwich bacon was BLACK BURNT. My coffee had no creamer added to it and was undrinkable that had to be thrown in the trash. This stuff is too expensive to be inedible quality.

Dunkin' always does a great job making sure I get what I want in my order. The DoorDash menu does not always allow you to order food/drink options thats actually on the menu however if you simply call the store the employees will get you exactly what you want. For example I ordered MUNCHKINS® Donut Hole Treats and the only choices were chocolate or assorted. All I did was call and I received the exact glazed/blueberry I wanted. The customer service from this store is a 10/10. Thank you to the employees for the great service and care while preparing, handling, and safely/securelypackaging this order

The drinks were terrible we had to add our own creamer in to the drinks they tasted straight up like just black coffee it was not good at all the food was alright not the best taste very sloppy looking the food.
