I ask for three items in my order and I only got 2 they didn't send the raspberry striped croissant and a previous time they sent the drink without straw. I called to claim

I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and was sent burnt, I really would've preferred if it was redone the right way.  Makes me rethink if I want to order  anything else from here.
