My drink had zero flavor it also had barely any matcha it had so much ice and the sandwich I ordered never came

My Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich was burnt, it was worse in some spots,  the eggs tasted like rubber, the sausage patty was dried.

Genuinely one of the worst refreshers any Dunkin' Donuts has ever made. 10 dollars for that is CRAZYYYY
