the Iced Latte was perfect! Hash Brownswere nice and warm ! the packaging the items came in were top teir! i had no spillage and felt safe that they were properly sealed closed!

The Bacon Egg and Cheese came absolutely burnt. The croissant was charred black and inedible. You could see how burnt it was through the wrapper. I also ordered two Classic Donuts. They were completely sold out of them, as well as my follow up options which is just unfortunate and disappointing. The Loaded Hash Browns were alright and the Iced Matcha Latte and hot chocolate were fine. But now I'm hungry due to lack of food.

The Hash Browns were not even cooked and wet/mushy and the Sweet Black Pepper Snackin' Bacon was very rubbery and severely undercooked with no sweetness or pepper flavor very blah

Coffee was a little strong but that's my own fault because I got unsweetened flavors. Doughnuts were soft, dense, and perfectly glazed

Ordered Two Ultimate Bacon Jam Breakfast Sandwich's and they both came in burnt and inedible this Dunkin is usually good but not today.
