came in for a pickup, asked if they could provide me with a different straw because after opening 5 they all had small brown spots all through the straw. after asking i was told the straws were fine as she was pointing at the unopened straws... when shown the spots she then says that dunkin makes their straws with agave sugar. they obviously aren't and i asked for different even if they were.

British tourist here, I'm wanting to try all the chain restaurants etc. The coffee from here is the best I have tried so far. Apple fritter was awesome too. The breakfast stuff was very poor. Hash browns had a really weird taste to them and the bagel (bacon, egg and cheese) was dry and tasteless; really hard to eat. Looking fo to trying the donuts at some point this week

The donuts were fine but the breakfast sandwich was like cardboard, stiff & flavorless & the hash browns were like little hockey pucks. Next time I'll stick to the donuts, at least from this store.

Coffee wasn't very good tasted burnt and didn't seem like they added to syrups we asked for. We also didn't get any straws. The munchkins are good but the coffee not so much.
