Wrong items received. I ordered specific donuts, but instead I got random donuts. I would have liked the store to let my dasher know that they don't have what I ordered so I could pick a replacement. I ordered because I was short on time, so I decided the extra order fees were worth it. Now, I still need to stop somewhere else to get donuts and I'm out money.

Kel was extremely helpful and the app didn't have some of the specifics that I needed and she was able to arrive to the store early before my order was ready to accommodate my requests. The donuts were fresh and delicious. I would absolutely order again.

Frozen Coffee was a little bitter for my taste, but it's probably on me since ionly added two pumps of caramel and it was with oatmilk. The potatoes were solid! Ill order again but probably not a coffee

I really wish the store would tell you when they are out of the Braided Apple Pie, instead of just substituting whatever they want. So disappointing. On the other hand, my Original Blend Iced Coffee was made perfectly.
