Donuts were extremely fresh, and the substitute of one of the donuts was great! As always I enjoyed my Dunkins to get me going in the morning!

I placed a large order so I know they were probably rushing but all three of the crossiant sandwiches were VERY burnt and (this is what really aggravated me) my.entire order including 7 orders of hash browns were shoved in ONE BAG! The Hash Browns were literally squished to there bags most not edible!

Normally I love Dunkin but today wasn't it. I ordered juice for my son and they didn't include it at all. My ice coffee tasted burnt (odd considering it's an iced coffee)and wasn't stirred at all.

The bacon was clumped in a ball.The bag was full of liquid grease and this was every where! Gross mess.

I wasn't aware they didn't have the berry flavor anymore and I never got asked what I wanted to replace that I'm upset because I don't enjoy this flavor and would have appreciated a text to confirm
