The food is always delicious but I do feel like the Yam Fries portion keeps shrinking and the price keeps increasing. $13+ for half a handful of Yam Fries is really sad.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Noodles weren't cooked, barely any chicken for the extra $10 it costs for half a breast, spinach dip was chunky and sour. You have raised your prices and decreased your service and quality. Think you just lost a customer.

Cajun Chicken Cheddar Sandwich had extremely dry bun and had a very very tiny piece of chicken on the sandwich. Unacceptable for the up charge as it used to be a 16-17$ item and now the quality has dropped.

Everything was sub-par. Packaged Alfredo is better than what was delivered and $7 to add chicken is a joke for the teeny amount of chicken we received. The totellini was meh and the "crispy tofu" was the soggiest mushy tofu ive ever had.

Everytime we order from Earl's, we remember that we should have ordered elsewhere. The delivery time was the shortest and we were hungry (but it actually became longer).
The quality of the meals is usually good but over the last couple of years we've noticed a drastic change in the value for your money.
The Earls Famous Clam Chowder (Large) is a favorite but you barely get 2 cups and half of a regular sized piece of bread with it. It's better just to buy the larger bag from the grocery store.
The Spicy Tuna Sushi Tacos are great but for the size and the cost, not worth it.
The Hunan Kung Pao used to be a favorite but there is barely any sauce.
We're definitely willing to pay for good quality and value but, both are mostly missing here.
