I like that the bagels are always soft and fresh. You can taste the freshness of them. I haven't gotten a hard one yet. Keep up the good work my two son sons adored also they love it.

They always get your items wrong. Have dasher double check because the employees here do not care. Ive gotten incorrect orders 3 times in a row which sucks because the foods not bad I just want what I ordered.

The Asiago Bagel was delicious! Not so much a fan of the Onion Bagel because there were barely any Onions on it and it was way over toasted. Some of it was actually burnt. Not sure who the app is only showing one sandwich. I had two of the same, just one was on the Asiago and the other on the Onion.

My family and I like the brunch box from Einstein Bagels, but it lists the bagels it's supposed to come with. You don't have any option to change which is fine except that when they are out they send you whatever they want without asking. My family prefers sweet bagels and today's box they substituted the sweet bagels with savory ones without asking us. It's extremely disappointing. I wish they would have contacted us because now we have a bunch of bagels no one will eat. They really need to allow their customers a note option so we can at a minimum tell them what they can substitute. I'm very unhappy with today's substitutions.
