chicken Always burnt, zero freshness and no meat on it. Much easier and cheaper just going to a proper Charcoal Chicken shop

I ordered a whole chicken to cut in 8 pieces, received 3/4 chicken. Missing one wing and half breast. Very disappointing to see our favourite chicken brand going down with poor quality control. Attached picture is all the chicken I got for this 'whole chicken' order.

Third time in a row now food is getting worse. Chicken bites were flavourless and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Chips are not as good either.

for the price im paying need to have proper meal the burger is no tiny like kids meal and the wrap is a disaster.
