Overall pretty disappointed with my experience. My biggest issue being charged $7.50 for the portion of chips I received, horribly overpriced.
The fried chicken was decent enough but lacked flavour, especially when dipped in the gravy that was served with the chicken, as the gravy completely over powered the taste of the chicken.
I was excited to try El Jannah but unfortunately this was disappointing and I can't recommend it price or flavour-wise.
You'll probably have a better experience with KFC, Red Rooster or even Nandos.

They are extremely stingy on the Charcoal Chicken Roll (3184 kJ) to charge $20 is ridiculous. Theres hardly any chicken in the roll

Last time I went into Niddrie El Jannah to pick up, there was a long wait with barely any communication from the staff. Ordering on Door Dash and three portions of tenders are completely missing, just three cups of gravy. Service and food quality used to be so good but seems to be going downhill fast.
