Little to almost NO chicken, barely any rice and beans. The shell was soft and crumbled instantly. No utensils, no napkins. And the drink tasted like dirty water.

I usually enjoy my El Pollo Loco meals, But today I ordered a Double Chicken Bowl But there was almost no chicken!!! Mostly rice!! (Maybe Sunday is an off day for the regular staff.)

chicken was super dry. good thing I asked for plenty of sauces. while I'm flexible and understanding this place is a fast food chain known to vary. ultimately this was the second time it has happened in a few months period of the Chicken being so dry it was pretty much suited for dogs, I gave them another shot. same issue.
.the Two Churros were delicious tough!!!

Quality of the chicken was horrible, dry and overcooked. Almost like there were scrap pieces that should've been discarded.

You pay all this money for food to barely get not even 2 slices of avocado, ridiculous.
