Ever was really good. The One Birria Crunchy Taco (a la carte) was amazing! I had had one here before and it was really good. The Chicken Avocado Taco was messy the good kind of messy! The 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal was good. My only comment is to buy bigger chickens. The pieces are noticeably smaller than other places.

I usually try to take easy on fast-food reviews, but I’m really disappointed with this pollo loco. Every time I order, the quality seems to drop considerably. This time, the rice was so mushy, barely any beans, and the chicken portions were tiny. If I don't specifically pay the tortilla on the side, I’m sure it won't be included, even though it’s listed in the description of the item. I don't know what's going on, but I probably won't be ordering from here anymore, which is sad, because it used to be one of my favorite fast-food spots.

got the chips and Guac with shredded chicken quesadilla. the quesadilla was fine but they gave me a very small cup of guac and it cost about 6 dollars. The guac did not taste good either I am not sure what happened with that order but it was not up to par. I called them to let them know they did not give me the right portion of guac and all of a sudden they had phone issues.

Consistently great. Portion size is awesome fresh food. The flavor of the chicken is amazing and the skin on it is so good. The tortilla chips are an added bonus.

Got the Street Corn Double Chicken Chopped Salad, does not come as pictured. Chicken was hard and barely any lettuce. Really disappointed.
