I ordered 10 medium Salsa Fresca (Medium) and only got 5. Instead of the other 5 salsas, they put in that disgusting green salsa which I did not order at all. On top of that, they put dark meat chicken in the Double Chicken Bowl. It's supposed to have all breast meat. we don't eat dark meat chicken so we had to pick out the dark meat which left us with only about 1/4 the amount of meat that we were able to eat. Not happy with this location at all!

I've had El Pollo Loco many times but not at this location and not delivered, but the chicken looked, felt, and tasted like it was old. So disappointing.

thats supposed to be "double" Double Chicken Tostada?? There was hardlying any there. This picture doesnt do it justice. Almost $20 they should have no problem loading it with chicken!

Chicken wasn't done well. One piece was mostly the back and ribs.
