Their chicken is always SO moist and cooked to perfection! Juicy as can be, but without being hormone-fed chickens. It tastes natural and delicious, not like that other chicken places meat on steroids that tastes fake and is just the wrong consistency. My 5 year old girls love this chicken too and they're the pickiest eaters ever!

I cannot express how unimaginably better El Pollo Loco is to every other chicken fast food restaurant. The flavors are amazing, the sides are great, and everytime I order from them I continue to be impressed at the quality of their food. Do not sleep on ordering from this place, it truly is better than the rest. (Other than their salsa fressca, it's a bit watered down and bland, but they can't be 10/10 for everything!)

I wish they didn't charge literally twice the price of when you go to the restaurant to get it yourself. Other than that, the quality at this location is always outstanding! Food always arrives very hot and fresh and tastes delicious! Truly fantastic and moist chicken! It's a family favorite (and I've got picky 5 year olds)!

Payed 12$ for a burrito that is 4 inches long and skinny. Looks like the McDonald's breakfast burrito not worth the 12$

Wow...delicious. EVERYTHING was in my delivery! Which hasn't happened a lot with other businesses. How do you make your corn taste so good? And your chips and salsa are a dream....then there is the amazing chicken.
