The chicken is very very good... think the best rotisserie chicken you have ever had... it was juicy, perfectly cooked, and well seasoned. The queso and chips were also good. The chips are thick.

This was our first time eating Pollo Loco. We ordered the 8 piece family meal with beans and Macaromi and cheese. Our meal came with chips and multiple different salsas (amazing all of them) as well as 8 corn or flour tortillas. WOW!!! Literally every item was delicious and had wonderful flavor!!!
The chicken was some of the best chicken we have EVER had - juicy, flavorful and well proportioned. Mac & cheese was cheesy and had great flavor (unlike others that taste like cardboard). The beans, oh the beans...they were on point! They tasted just like homemade beans that cooked all day. This will be our definite go to without a doubt!!! Thank you Pollo Loco for making very tasty quality food!!

The chicken is mediocre. The rice taste like it was from a microwave with strong artificial cilantro taste. The beans had no flavor. The pico is good.Packaging is good. I would not order again. The portion was as stated.

I PAID FOR AVOCADO. It does not look like it is here. Also, the beans and rice ratio and chicken with the amount of lettuce is unreal. They literally 3/4 of toastsada is just for lettuce. They have ripped me off on paying for avocado that I never received. Also if ur a rabbit the. This is not ur place. If ur looking for nutrients. This is not it. Also tried calling them 3 times to make this right. With not one person answering the phone. 25$ down the drain.

The chicken is just basic roasted chicken. It could use a little bit of herb or spice but for roast chicken, still pretty good. The corn was delicious but the beans were kind of tasteless until I added salt. Mashed Potatoes and Gravy was really good. The chips needed salt too. As for the Salsas, both the pico and the avocado had a slightly bitter/sour taste that I didn't like. The red salsa was very good, but way too hot for my tastes and I do like very spicy food. Overall, a very good meal.
