I order this salad from the El Pollo Loco by my house and this one is far inferior. The portions were skimpy and the taste was bland. Pretty disappointing.

The sides were terrible accept for the pinto beans. The Mac and
cheese was way too oily and too much cheese. The mashed potatoes were watery and had no taste. I have eaten here many times but this was delivery order was not great . Very disappointed.

I often get the Pork Carnitas Tacos near my place of work, this is the first time ordering from the restaurant here in West Hills and the carnitas tasted a lot drier and overall less fresh. I still ate them, so not awful but still a noticeable difference in quality. Quick service and all so middling score I suppose.

Usually our to go packaged food is taped up/sealed. This order was not.

They forgot the beans, the coleslaw had no flavor at all, we had to add salt. The loco salad is a total joke, it's just lettuce, cabbage and broken tortillas, but the dressing is good. The only save was the fact that the chicken itself is really good.
