Greens were wilted and almost wet. The taste of the chicken was off. I wanted to try the new salads, but I'm reminded of why I stopped going to El Pollo Loco, it's just not as good as it used to be. It's almost nasty.

I ordered an"Ultimate Double Chicken Bowl" with shrimp and chicken with extra avocado. I have NO chicken and a small amount of avocado. This is not acceptable. I paid extra for the missing items.

Two shrimps were burnt, hardly any chicken, avocado was brown, and I ordered the double chicken tostada Baja salad so was very disappointing with the minimal amount of everything. Was not at all good. It's been awhile since I ordered from them and have had same poor quality food, but really hoped after some time it got better. This is the worst store to order from. They do not at all care about your satisfactory.

Delicious food, order was fresh and hot. Always good deals and points.
Need to add safety cover or stickers , bag was not sealed
