The Original Pollo Bowl was delicious ! You can't beat the buy one get one free deal! It's a huge bowl of food, and can easily be divided up into two meals. The chicken was tender, and very flavorful! Everything was very fresh as always! I would definitely order again!

I ordered this same meal twice today....
Lunch was great obviously, so I ordered same for dinner but chicken was dry and old, hardly any rice and beans and mostly lettuce on my taco bowl. All condiments weren't included either ..... as if the whole order was done in a hurry without care and old dry chicken:(

I've ordered from here before and the portion is incorrect. I paid over 30 something dollars and I got less chicken from the last time. I ordered two days ago I shouldn't pay that amount of money for less meat.

$5+ dollars for 3 ounces of guacamole is diabolical. Also, did not receive the gravy with the mashed potatoes.

The salad had 4 pieces of tough chicken and very little beans. the BRC burrito had little to no beans as well. I did actually receive my salad dressing this time,so that was a plus.
