This double chicken tostada had very little chicken. I have ordered this before and this one was a huge disappointment. I wish they had more quality control. The chicken was dried out and it was half of what I usually get. So disappointed. I will be hesitant to order this again.

My Salsa Verde Quesadilla was awful. It looked nothing like what was depicted. It was barely stuffed, had almost no sauce inside and was over all very disappointing. I would not order again.

one of my favorite fast foods. feels healthy and bit like home cooked food if on the go. always tasty. a Franchise that has just always been consitent with their quality of food and customer service. think you guys should never go public if you havent. thanks.. all was great as usual.

I normally like El pollo, they are usually on top of it. But this quesadilla was almost cold when I got it and the driver got it here asap after pick up. It's like it was already made and just sitting out. And there wasn't much cheese on it which is sad considering it's a quesadilla. I had to add my own cheese to it.

The ball was a huge disappointment. It was completely missing pico de Gallo and cilantro from it. Soup was mediocre and very poorly packaged as the broth spilled all over the bag from leaking out they need better packaging. All of the salsa is requested to accompany the meal was missing. The only good thing with the ice tea!
