Ema: Where Your Taste Buds Take a Mediterranean Vacation
Ema is the kind of place that makes you feel fancy just for walking in. I sat down, ordered my feast, and instantly knew I was about to experience something life-changing. Let’s break it down:
Faroe Island Salmon Kebab: This isn’t just salmon on a stick. No, this is art. Perfectly cooked, tender, and so flavorful that I briefly considered starting a petition to rename it “Faroe Island Gold.” If salmon could flex, this one would be on Instagram showing off.
Hummus with Lamb Ragu: Forget peanut butter and jelly—this is the ultimate duo. The creamy hummus was so smooth it could moonlight as a jazz saxophonist, and the lamb ragu was the rich, meaty hug it didn’t know it needed. I contemplated licking the bowl but decided to retain some dignity (barely).
Brussels Sprouts with Honeycrisp Apples: Ema just said, “What if we took the vegetable everyone pretended to hate and made it the star?” The honeycrisp apples added a sweet crunch, and suddenly I was googling “Can I marry a side dish?”
Chicken Kefta Kebab: Tender, juicy, and spiced so perfectly that I started a personal relationship with this kebab. Every bite felt like a love letter to my mouth. I wanted to shout, “WHO MADE THIS?” but I didn’t want to get weird looks.
Ema is like that friend who’s effortlessly chic but also fun and approachable. It’s not just dinner; it’s a lesson in how to live your best life. Would I go back? Absolutely. I’m already planning my next meal—and maybe some therapy to process how good it all was.

Disappointing. Overall, price did not match quality or quantity of food. Salad was almost 20 dollars and was just some chopped, browning iceberg lettuce, feta, and a few tomatoes thrown in. Salmon kebab portion was tiny for the price, and same with the hummus. The bread was the only positive part of this meal.
Would not order again

They were almost 30 minutes late with my pickup order. The manager said he put extra hummus in my order due to the wait and he didn't. They gave me like half a centimeter of dressing with my salad. And the $24 chicken is a single thigh.

Faroe Island Salmon Kebab is tender. Not enough onion or pepper on the stick. Rice doesnt have lemon flavor and was just okay. Pitas are great but menu should say each order contains 2 pitas--I ended up with 6. Side dish salon doesn't properly explain it's just a filet and no side. House-Made Labneh was decent. I wouldnt order again though, especially for the price. Sticky Date Cake was okay. Quite sweet. Not as moist as English style. Honey Pie is an acquired taste that I didn't enjoy. It was overhyped in reviews. This meal was expensive ($77). The short rib sounds great but at $43 and previously 'okay food, I'm unsure I would order it. The food is edible, so 3 stars as opposed to 2.

Truly, some of the worst food I've ordered in as long as I can remember. The falafel does not come with any sauce like it is pictured. The almond hummus taste like sour rotten cottage cheese. The falafel is dry they give you two crackers. It is wildly overpriced order from literally anywhere else.
