Yummy. They give more avocado in their vegetarian sandwich than any other sandwich shop!

Sandwiches are good but way too small when you buy the "pick 2" I thought it may be a mistake and called the store. The manager was immediately defensive, I had not actually complained yet, had just said what I ordered. "Send me a pick of the sandwich, I assure you my team did everything perfectly" so ok, I sent him the attached picture. Manager said "yeah well there are plenty of other places to eat and this is what we're offering". I think if a place gets that many complaints that immediate defense happens before the customer even says their concern then maybe think about if what your offering is appropriate or not. What if I was calling to say great job and how good it was? It was good btw....just too small and Im sorry sir but size does matter.

It was cheaper ordering through DoorDash with DashPass than directly ordering from Erbert and Gerbert's. Sandwich was ok, I've definitely had better, but it was acceptable. The bag of chips had a hole in it that was taped closed, not sure if this is a normal thing or just a one-off situation. Chips were stale and inedible so I had to throw them away. Drink was cold and refreshing. Order arrived very quickly!

Average sandwhich shop. There was a good helping of toppings and the bread was scooped out for extra ingredients.

I ordered an Apollo and a kids meal. The kids meal to come with 1 slice of meat and a half a slice of cheese is understandable. But my sandwich was all bread and a half a slice of chicken and a half a slice of cheese. They used to have good sandwiches but I wouldn't recommend anymore.
